1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply when you request a quote from, or order a design, marketing or engineering service from, Aim Designs International (“Aim Designs”, “we”, “us”), a design studio based in Nairobi, Kenya. By sending us a brief or approving a quote, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes and prices
Prices on this website are starting prices in Kenya shillings. Your final price depends on size, number of pages, variations and deadline, and is confirmed in writing on WhatsApp or email before work starts.
A quote is valid for 14 days unless it says otherwise. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it.
3. Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, are stated on your quote. We may hold final files until the agreed amount is paid in full.
For paid advertising, your ad budget is separate from our management fee and is paid directly to the advertising platform (such as Meta, TikTok or Google).
4. Your content and approvals
You are responsible for the accuracy of the text, prices, dates, contacts and other information you give us, and for having the right to use any logos, photos or other material you send.
Please check every draft carefully. Once you approve a design, corrections to errors in content you supplied may be charged as extra work.
5. Revisions and timelines
Each quote states the number of revision rounds included. Timelines start once we have your brief, content and any required payment, and depend on how quickly you send feedback.
6. Ownership of the work
Once you have paid in full, you own the final approved design files for the use described in your quote. Unused concepts, drafts and our working files remain ours unless agreed otherwise.
We may show completed work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us in writing not to.
7. Advertising results
We plan and manage campaigns carefully, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of enquiries, sales or followers. Advertising platforms set their own rules and may reject or limit ads at their discretion.
8. Cancellations
If you cancel a project after work has started, you pay for the work completed up to that point. Monthly services can be stopped with notice before the next billing period, as stated on your quote.
9. Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not responsible for printing errors made by third-party printers, or for losses caused by information you supplied.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We will always try to resolve any disagreement with you directly first.
